Lake County Hoops Lake Basketball League - Summer 2015

Play Divisions are as Follows: 15 up High School, 13-14, 11-12, 9-10 and Junior 7 up, and Girls if we have enough for teams.

Age is determined based actual age on 9/1/2015 example DOB 7/15/01 play age is 14

On Line Registration Easy as 1, 2, 3,

Email us with the following information - Players Full Name, Parents Name, Address, Phone, Date of Birth, School Attending, Parent Cell in case of emergency or emergency contact and number, any special requests and or medical conditions we should know about. Registration Fee is $145.00. If more then one child second and third $135.00 each.

ONLY Paid Registrations will be placed on a team "Team Selection Day"

Those not paid will be put on a waiting list till money is received and will be placed on a team by the Player Agent.

Do not ask to be put on a particular team because of a friend, travel, car pooling - it will not happen after team selection..
