Football and Cheerleading is a vigorous physical activity that involves running, jumping, rapid directional change, and the potential for violent body contact and is a contact Sport.

• Proper shoes must be worn at all practices and games.
• No wrestling, hitting, pushing, hitting with the ball.
• If using the gyms, No foods, gum or drink in the gyms.
• Immediately obey referees, coaches and those individuals in charge.
• Play under control at all times, be respectful of the rights of others.
• Parents please pick up your player promptly after games and practices. The volunteers want to go home too.

Parent involvement is appreciated, feel free to voice your opinion and to get involved.
